Standard Hourly Studio Rate - £200ph (exVAT)
Our flat rate is £200 per hour (ex VAT) for sessions up to three hours.
We also offer discounts for block bookings of 10 hours or more, plus a points-based loyalty and referral programme. [See our full pricing page] for details.
For sessions over three hours, or outside standard studio hours, [get in touch] and we'll work something out.
Booking Overruns - £200ph (exVAT)
We know some sessions are too good to stop. If there's no booking after yours, we're happy to allow an overrun of up to one hour at our standard rate of £200 per hour — just note that any additional charges are settled before media is shared.
We also build in a 10-minute grace period at the end of every session, on the house.
Audio - Simple Stereo Mix - Free
For continuity and peace of mind, we record audio and video separately — so if anything interrupts the video, your audio is always protected.
We offer two audio recording options. The simplest is a live stereo mix, best suited to single presenters, straightforward interviews, or anyone who prefers a lighter edit.
Audio - Expert Multichannel ISO Mics - Free
Multichannel recording captures each microphone and remote guest as a separate channel — up to 14 channels in total — alongside a simultaneous stereo mix.
One thing to be aware of: the format records in chunks of up to 15 minutes, so a typical hour-long podcast will produce four separate WAV files, each containing all 14 channels. This is worth knowing upfront, as working with multichannel audio requires a confident hand in post-production.
It's the right choice for lively conversations between two or more guests where you need full control over the mix — but we'd recommend checking with your editor before opting in.
Video & Audio Sync (per episode) - £100
Our recording system captures video and audio separately, giving you maximum flexibility, redundancy, and a professional-grade deliverable.
We can also embed the final processed audio — mixed or per-microphone — directly into each camera file on request.
Basic Podcast Edit (per episode) - £200
Most video podcasts need relatively little in the edit — a clean open and close, the right camera on the right speaker, a establishing wide shot or two, and the occasional cut within the recording.
Advanced Show Edit (per episode) - £500
Full platform edit, including speaker names and titles, screen graphics, intros, outros, theme music, and advertising content.
Social Media Clips (per episode) - £200
We'll cut one long-form clip or up to five short-form clips from your recording, delivered in vertical format and ready to post — each edited and captioned to match your style and target platform.
Live Line Cut (per episode) - £150
We can manually cut between cameras live during the recording, producing a mixed output that arrives as a near-final edit — with little or no post-production required.
Live Audience Stream - £150
Live Stream to an audience via streaming platforms such as YouTube, Instagrame and TikTok (Additionally 'Live Line Cut' is required for multiple camera angles).
Add Producer Mornitor Stream - £50
Adding the video conferencing platform of your choice to send the live video and audio to producers to monitor.
Please note: This is only one way, so communication with presenters/guests should be direct or via client in-studio producers,
Add Interactive Producer Stream - £200
Adding the video coverening platform of your choice, to send live video and audio to producers to monitor, and direct audio talk-back to presenters, guests and studio team.
Add Comfort Monitor - £50
Providing a seperate monitor in the presenters eyeline, to display presentations, talking points, guest questions, live producer commentary
Add Video Remote Guest - £200
Stream in a remote guest to the studio into a the telepromter and headphone.
Add Audio Remote Guest - £100
Stream in a remote guest to the studio into presenter headphone.
Add Teleprompter - £100
Change the text and add your own content, including any information that is relevant to share. Then customize the font, size and scale to make it your own.
Recording - Our SATA SSDs - Free
Record on our in-house WD SATA SSD Drives in both HD and 4K resolution

We can't offer a back-up service for recording directly to your supplied media.

Must be a high-speed USB-C SSD like SandDisk Extreme or Extreme Pro, T7 Shield, or T9 with 2 TB of space.
