Where can I find the studio availability?

What is the hourly rate?

Our standard recording rate is £200 + VAT per hour.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

We don’t operate on ad-hoc discounts. Instead, we offer a small number of pricing programmes designed around how people actually use the studio. These include a loyalty programme for regular clients and a referral programme. Check out the website for more details.
If you are looking to block book for 10 recordings or more please reach out for a bespoke proposal for your show.
Each is intended to support longer-term projects and ongoing relationships.

What happens if I cancel?

7+ days before session: full refund minus transaction fees.
6 days to 48 hours: no refund, but one free reschedule.
Less than 48 hours: no refund or reschedule.
We may amend this on a case-by-case basis.

Question 5

I have a block booking of over ten recordings, but they aren't all confirmed yet. How do I book these?

Great news, if you're able to block book more than ten recordings in advance, we can issue you a code which has ten shows of the required length.

If it's a mix of recording lengths, that's okay too, we can manage that in a slightly different way.

Can I book slots that aren't a full hour?

For logistical reasons we can only offer full hour slots.

How do I pay?

Studio-only bookings: payment card only (via our website).
Complex bookings (e.g. with additional services): please enquire for alternative payment options.

Question 8

What is the minimum booking time?

The minimum hire is 1 hour.

Question 9

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

At booking, payment card details are held. These are used to charge for booked time, overruns, additional services, or damage.

Question 10

What happens if the studio cancels?

If cancellation is caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), we are not liable but will offer rescheduling where possible.

Question 11

Can I hold a recording slot?

Accepted Answer

For standard bookings of 1 to 3 hours we recommend you become a Member and book and pay for the session(s) you would like to hold. Membership allows you to reschedule your sessions up to 48 hours in advance of the recording time/day, so you can either move the unused booking(s) or request a refund (as long as it's more than 7 days in advance).

Question 12

Do you also produce podcasts?

Yes. 
We can support podcast production end-to-end, from recording through to finished episodes. You can use the studio as a simple recording space or bring us in to handle production, editing, and delivery—whatever level of support suits your show.

Question 13

Can we pay via an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Our payment system issues a reciept and invoice once a booking payment has been processed.

For block bookings, we can take a 50% deposit and issue an invoice for the balance to be paid prior to the balance of recordings.
