Our standard recording rate is £200 + VAT per hour.

We don’t operate on ad-hoc discounts. Instead, we offer a small number of pricing programmes designed around how people actually use the studio. These include a loyalty programme for regular clients and a referral programme. Check out the website for more details. If you are looking to block book for 10 recordings or more please reach out for a besoke proposal for your show. Each is intended to support longer-term projects and ongoing relationships.

• 7+ days before session: full refund minus transaction fees. • 6 days to 48 hours: no refund, but one free reschedule. • Less than 48 hours: no refund or reschedule. • We may amend this on a case-by-case basis.

Great news, if you're able to block book more than ten recordings in advance, we can issue you a code which has ten shows of the required length. If it's a mix of recording lengths, that's okay too, we can manage that in a slightly different way. For logistical reasons we can only offer full hour slots.

• Studio-only bookings: payment card only (via our website). • Complex bookings (e.g. with additional services): please enquire for alternative payment options.

The minimum hire is 1 hour.

At booking, payment card details are held. These are used to charge for booked time, overruns, additional services, or damage.

If cancellation is caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), we are not liable but will offer rescheduling where possible.

For standard bookings of 1 to 3 hours we recommend you become a Member and book and pay for the session(s) you would like to hold. Membership allows you to reschedule your sessions up to 48 hours in advance of the recording time/day, so you can either move the unused booking(s) or request a refund (as long as it's more than 7 days in advance). For bookings of 4 hours or more, please contact us at hello@thedeanstreetpodcast.studio for more information.

Yes. We can support podcast production end-to-end, from recording through to finished episodes. You can use the studio as a simple recording space or bring us in to handle production, editing, and delivery—whatever level of support suits your show.

Our payment system issumes a reciept and invoice once a booking payment has been processed. For block bookings, we can take a 50% deposit and issue an invoice for the balance to be paid prior to the balance of recordings.
